Millville records dozen property deeds in July, but few reveal a price
Millville recorded 12 property deeds between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only three disclosed a sale price, ranging from $45,000 to $680,000 with a median of $268,000. The month's top disclosed sale was a $680,000 transaction closed July 23 between sellers Gregory and Kristen Gomes and buyers Gregory and Brittni Moore; no street address was listed. Fisher Street, Central Street and Cork Circle each saw two recorded transfers. Six of the 12 deeds involved a bank or mortgage entity as a party, and one was a trust transfer. With most prices undisclosed, the data offers limited insight into overall market value this period.
