Two disclosed sales bookend a mostly price-silent month in Millville deed records
Millville recorded 11 property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, 2026, but sale prices were disclosed in only two of them. Those two ranged from $45,000 for a Milk Street property to $510,000 for a transaction with no street address listed in the deed record, producing a two-sale median of $277,500. Central Street and the Cork Circle/Cork Court area each saw two transfers. Five of the 11 deeds listed a mortgage company or bank as buyer or seller, and two others appear to be transfers within the same family or trust. With most prices undisclosed, the data does not support conclusions about overall market tone this period.
