The period's top recorded sale was 107 Central St. for $200,000, sold by Patricia M. and Lee Roy J. Beaulieu Sr. to Citizens Bank NA. Chestnut Hill Road saw three transfers, the most of any street. A bank, credit union or mortgage company appeared as seller or buyer in 9 of the 12 deeds. With 83% of sales lacking a recorded price, overall market tone cannot be determined from this dataset.
