Two Disclosed Prices, Ten Blank Fields: What August's Millville Deeds Show
Worcester County Registry of Deeds records show 12 property transfers in Millville between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only two listed a sale price: $53,007 and $200,000, giving a median of $126,503 based on those two disclosed figures alone. The period's top disclosed sale was 107 Central St. for $200,000, sold by Patricia M. and Lee Roy J. Beaulieu Sr. to Citizens Bank NA. Chestnut Hill Road saw three transfers, the most of any street. A bank, credit union or mortgage company appeared as seller or buyer in 9 of the 12 deeds. With 83% of sales lacking a disclosed price, overall market tone cannot be determined from this dataset.
