Forget and buyer Blackstone River Federal Credit Union. Prices for the other 11 sales, on streets including Lincoln, Bazeley, Cork, Grove, Prospect, Hill, Kempton, Quaker, Thayer and Central, had not yet reached the registry. Prospect Street saw two of the period's transfers, the only street with more than one. Eight of the 12 deeds listed a bank, credit union or mortgage servicer as a party, a pattern worth watching as more prices post in coming weeks.
