Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded 14 Millville property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but just one carries a sale price so far: 154 Main St. sold Aug. 25 for $53,007, the only figure available for a price range or median this period. Sellers on several deeds were banks or mortgage entities, including Bank of America, Citizens Bank, Navigant Credit Union and Milford Federal Bank, and one sale involved trustee sellers. Prospect, Lincoln and Central streets each saw two sales. With 13 of 14 prices still pending, the period's overall market tone cannot yet be assessed from price data alone.
